Our Mission
We built Family Member Club because we were frustrated. Frustrated with deals that were already picked over by the time they hit the MLS. Frustrated with sellers who needed help but couldn't find a buyer who could actually close fast. Frustrated with a system that works for everyone except the people doing the real work.
So we built our own network. A private club where motivated sellers connect directly with serious investors — no middlemen, no commissions, no delays. Just fast closings, fair offers, and deals that actually move.
Today, Family Member Club is home to 500+ active investor members and has facilitated over 200 closed deals across multiple markets. We're growing — and we're keeping the network tight so the quality stays high.
